A few days ago, I posted a two-part interview with co-authors Keith Johnson and Nehemia Gordon on the official website for A Prayer To Our Father. Miranda Rights

Miranda rights are being read to detainees in Afghanistan despite President Obama saying the exact opposite should happen. Just another example of how President Obama says what he thinks we want to hear and then goes ahead and does whatever he wants to anyway.

This is a quote from Fox News:

“(We’re) going back to the bad old days that gave rise to 9/11 when we treated terrorism as though it were a criminal problem, not as a war or not as an attack on the United States,” he said. “We don’t want to have to make a legal determination every time we go after a terrorist whether we’ve got a good case or not, we should go after them as enemy combatants of the United States.”

Watch the 60 minutes interview with Obama where he specifically speaks out against Miranda rights being read to persons much like those detainees. You can see that clip here.

It’s a clear contradiction. If you try to say otherwise, you are only trying to protect a president who is destroying our economy. And for what? So you can get taxed higher so that Obama can control things like banks, healthcare, car companies, etc.?

Remember D-Day

June 6th, 1944 marks the 65th anniversary of the Allied landing along the French coastline during WWII. If you aren’t aware of what this day means, I would encourage you to read up on some of the links I’ve provided below.

If you are a veteran of this Day of Days, or any event during WWII for that matter, I would like to offer my sincere thanks for your amazing heroism. I would encourage any veterans who read this to also read my Open Letter to WWII Veterans. Thank you!

“June 6, 1944, 160,000 Allied troops landed along a 50-mile stretch of heavily-fortified French coastline to fight Nazi Germany on the beaches of Normandy, France. General Dwight D. Eisenhower called the operation a crusade in which “we will accept nothing less than full victory.” More than 5,000 Ships and 13,000 aircraft supported the D-Day invasion, and by day’s end on June 6, the Allies gained a foot- hold in Normandy.
